Abstract:
Soil is the main factor considered as growing media for crops. Hydroponics means plants which are cultivated in soilless culture. Hydroponics is not subjected to seasonal; it will grow plants under controlled environment conditions all over year.Nutrient management in hydroponic systems involves providing plants with a balanced of essential nutrients in the absence of soil. In hydroponic systems the nutrients which are needed for plants are maintained in proper ratios to meet the needs of different crops and growth stages. In hydroponic system nutrients are available in two types: macro and micro nutrients. Nutrients which are available in the hydroponic system for plant growth and development. As plant roots absorb water and nutrient during production, nutrient solution must be used in hydroponic systems.
Keywords : Soilless, Hydroponics,

Introduction:
The term hydroponics means hydro – water, ponen- to labor ,work.Nutrients which are needed for plants are two types :1.macronutrients ,2.micronutrients.
Macronutrients like nitrogen are essential for leafy green growth and overall plant growth, phosphorus promotes root development and flowering ,potassium regulates water uptake and nutrient transport within the plant, calcium and magnesium for cell structure and enzyme Micronutrients such as iron, zinc, manganese, and copper are also needed for plant health.Factors which are involved in hydroponics are temperature, oxygen and water quality.
Conclusion:
Hydroponics provides better control of plant growth, it is possible to achieve high quality and productivity through careful management of nutrient composition.Due to the nutrient solution and its management, the hydroponics systems are successful nowadays.
